Terms and Conditions

• Courses are subject to sufficient enrollment.
• Fill out the refund request in case of withdrawal.
• Respect and follow the rules and regulations of Global Studies Institute Qatar.
• Certificate of attendance will be provided upon completion of the course, subject to 80% class attendance.
• Certificate of completion will be provided upon completion of the lessons and percentages in Global Studies Institute (GSI) – Qatar Self-Study English platform.

Online Courses Refund Policy

• Full amount will be refunded only before the course begins.
• There will be no refund after the course starts.
• The refund policy is not applicable to GSI Self-Study English.

Refund Policy

• Students can refund the full amount before the start of the course or after attending the first day only.
• 50% of the fees will be refunded if the course is withdrawn after attending the second session.
• The amount will not be refunded after attending the third session.
• The amount will not be refunded to any student who did not attend the first three sessions.
• The full amount will be refunded if the course is canceled by Global Studies Institute (GSI) – Qatar
