At Arkansas State University, tuition fees are due at the beginning of each semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer). Students are required to pay the tuition fees before the deadline. Which is typically at the end of the first week of classes in the beginning of the semester. The Finance Department – Cashier’s Office accepts Credit Card, Bank Transfers or Cheque payments from 9:00 am to 05:00 pm. Cash payments are not accepted.
